Presentation at City View Charter School
Yesterday, we met with some kindergarten students from City View Charter School, in Hillsboro. They were adorable and while we had lots to share with them about Kenya, they had lots of questions too! We showed them African Art all handcrafted in Kenya, Jewlery and taught them a Kikuyu lullaby (our native language). These adorable students and their teacher Andi, want to donate Art & Craft supplies to the kids in Gachie village. What a blessing! We took pictures with them to take to the kids in the village, and hopefully, we can bring back pictures of the kids enjoying and using the materials that will be donated by this kindergarten class!
